Quick Tips for Your New E-Scooter & E-Bike

  1. Review the English user manual carefully. For manuals in other languages, contact our customer service.
  2. Watch our installation tutorial: Installation Video. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
  3. Fully charge your e-scooter or e-bike before first use. Avoid riding on a low battery to prevent damage.
  4. Turn off the device before charging. Connect the charger to the e-scooter or e-bike first, then plug it into the power source. Use only the original charger. After charging, unplug from the power source first, then disconnect the device. Avoid metal contact at the charging port to prevent short circuits (not covered under warranty).
  5. Inspect and tighten all screws, and check that the safety lock is engaged. Start with low gear to get used to the ride before switching to higher speeds. Avoid high speeds if you're unfamiliar with the controls.
  6. Use dual drive frequently (for applicable models), especially when climbing hills or at high speeds, to prevent controller overheating. Extended use of single drive may cause damage.
  7. Do not modify the meter’s P settings, as it may cause speed issues or malfunctions. Some parameters cannot be restored, and modifications may void the warranty.
  8. Charge before it fully depletes. If unused for long periods, charge every 1-2 months and keep the battery between 30%-80% charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, local wallets, and other regional payment methods.

Is installment payment available?

Yes. Installments are available through PayPal and Klarna, depending on your region and credit. Terms such as eligibility, number of installments, and limits may vary.

Why can't I pay with my credit card?

Your payment may be declined for several reasons. It’s possible that your bank suspects unauthorized use, or your credit card hasn’t been enabled for international or online transactions. Incorrect billing details or exceeding your card’s daily limit may also cause the payment to fail.

Important: If your payment fails, please do not repeatedly attempt the payment. Instead, contact our customer service team at service@haloknights.com right away. We’ll help you verify the reason for the failure and guide you through the next steps.

Shipping & Returns

Will I need to pay customs fees when shipping to the EU?

No, the price displayed on the page is the final price. No additional customs fees.

Where is the scooter shipped from? How long does delivery take?

We ship from local warehouses based on your location. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and typically arrive within 3-7 working days.

What is your return policy?

If an item/order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. You can notify us by email the order number, tracking number and serial number of your order, and send us the photos or videos of where the product was damaged. We will promptly verify your request and furnish you with both a return address and confirmation of acceptance for the return. You bear return shipping costs and risk of return.

 I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately at service@haloknights.com. We will check if your order has been dispatched. If not, we can update the address.

Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the address. You must contact the carrier directly for changes. If unsuccessful, the customer bears full responsibility for any losses.

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Orders

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.

Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Can I use a discount code on a previous order?

Discount codes are not valid for prior purchases. They cannot be added retrospectively by you or by the HALO KNIGHT team. Discount code must be entered at the time of checkout in order to be applied.

 I just placed an order today and need to make a change on my order, can I?

If you have not received an email from us stating that it shipped out, we can still make changes. But once it leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, there is nothing we can do at that point. 

If the order is cancelled / returned after the order is picked up by the freight company, a charge for shipping will be incurred by the customer for the freight company to pick the order up and return it.

Can I cancel my order after the order has been shipped?

In this case, please kindly note that any additional cost caused by the cancellation will be borne by you, such as the cost for intercepting the transit and the return shipping fee.

Any returns that fall under buyer's remorse, no longer needed, etc. will have a 8% restocking fee.

Also, we only accept cancellation request from email.

How do I get assembly assistance?

Every product includes assembly instructions with the packaging. For additional assistance, please emailservice@haloknights.comor check our YouTube channel for installation videos specific to your model.

Can I purchase an extra battery?

Yes, you can buy an extra battery from our official website or contact customer support.

Where can I buy the spare parts for the HALO KNIGHT electric scooters or electric bikes?

If you need spare parts, please feel free to contact our customer service or visit our official website. Most parts of our HALO KNIGHT models are available.
