1. Spare Parts Distribution and Costs:

- Between 7 days and 12 months from the date of receipt (for electric scooters, the battery, motor, controller, meter, and lights have a warranty period of 6 months; for electric bikes, the basic parts have a warranty period of 6 months), for spare parts required due to quality issues, we will provide the parts free of charge, but the freight costs will be borne by the customer.
