SHIPPING  ADDRESS ACCURACY NOTICE

To ensure your order arrives smoothly and on time, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This helps us avoid unnecessary delays or additional costs.

Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the information with the carrier. However, once your order has entered processing, modifications are rarely possible.

If the shipping address provided is inaccurate or incomplete, delivery may fail. Depending on the product type:

  • Accessories
  1. Parcels are usually non-returnable.
  2. If undeliverable, the package may be destroyed locally.
  • E-scooters & E-bikes
  1. Parcels may be returned to us (approx. €200 return fee).
  2. Delivery may be delayed in transit.
  3. Additional carrier charges may apply.

If a change cannot be successfully made or delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any resulting costs, delays, or losses will be the customer’s responsibility.

DELIVERY

Delivery Costs

  • The delivery cost is displayed at checkout and confirmed on your order.

Dispatch Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+8), Monday to Friday: In most cases, dispatched the next working day.

  • Weekend orders (Saturday–Sunday): Dispatched on the next available working day.

  • We always aim for timely dispatch, but in rare cases, delays may occur.

Delivery Times

  • Electric scooters & e-bikes: Shipped from the warehouse closest to your address. Usual delivery time: 3–7 working days.

  • Accessories: Shipped from China. Usual delivery time: 7–20 working days.

Delivery Hours

  • Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable, you may request the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.

    Please note: We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage once the order has been left at the delivery address.

  • If the courier fails to deliver:

    • First attempt: Free of charge.

    • Second attempt: Also free of charge.

    • Further attempts: Courier may charge a standard redelivery fee, advised at the time of rescheduling.

  • After two failed delivery attempts, goods may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
