Step 1: Check for Error Code E10 on the Display

Before touching any hardware, turn on the scooter and check the display.

E10 = Communication Receive Error

This error indicates a communication issue between the controller and other electrical components.


If E10 Appears:

  • Front wheel not spinning + E10
    👉 Replace the front controller

  • Rear wheel not spinning + E10
    👉 Replace the rear controller

📌 In these cases, the motor itself is usually not faulty.


Step 2: No Error Code? Check Wheel Resistance by Hand

If no error code is displayed, continue with a manual inspection.

How to Check:

  1. Turn off the scooter

  2. Lift the scooter safely

  3. Rotate the affected wheel by hand


Results & Meaning:

  • Wheel has resistance (does not spin smoothly):

    • Front wheel → Front controller issue

Case 2: No Error Code, Wheels Have Resistance

👉 Replace:

  • Front controller

  • Rear controller

Case 3: No Resistance on Either Wheel
