Quick Tips for Your New E-Scooter & E-Bike

2. Watch our installation tutorial: Installation Video. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
3. Fully charge your e-scooter or e-bike before first use. Avoid riding on a low battery to prevent damage.
4. Turn off the device before charging. Connect the charger to the e-scooter or e-bike first, then plug it into the power source. Use only the original charger. After charging, unplug from the power source first, then disconnect the device. Avoid metal contact at the charging port to prevent short circuits (not covered under warranty).
5. Inspect and tighten all screws, and check that the safety lock is engaged. Start with low gear to get used to the ride before switching to higher speeds. Avoid high speeds if you're unfamiliar with the controls.
6. Use dual drive frequently (for applicable models), especially when climbing hills or at high speeds, to prevent controller overheating. Extended use of single drive may cause damage.
7. Do not modify the meter’s P values without authorization, as P values are factory-set for optimal performance. Changes to certain P values may be irreversible, and any resulting issues will not be covered under warranty.
8. Charge before it fully depletes. If unused for long periods, charge every 1-2 months and keep the battery between 30%-80% charge.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, local wallets, and other regional payment methods.
Is installment payment available?
Yes. Installments are available through PayPal and Klarna, depending on your region and credit. Terms such as eligibility, number of installments, and limits may vary.
Why can't I pay with my credit card?
Your payment may be declined for several reasons. It’s possible that your bank suspects unauthorized use, or your credit card hasn’t been enabled for international or online transactions. Incorrect billing details or exceeding your card’s daily limit may also cause the payment to fail.
Important: If your payment fails, please do not repeatedly attempt the payment. Instead, contact our customer service team at service@haloknights.com right away. We’ll help you verify the reason for the failure and guide you through the next steps.
Shipping
Will I need to pay customs fees when shipping to the EU?
No, the price displayed on the page is the final price. No additional customs fees.
Where do you ship from and how long is delivery?
We ship e-scooters and e-bikes from local warehouses, with 1–2 business days processing and 3–7 business days delivery.
Accessories are shipped from China, with delivery in 7–20 business days depending on package weight.
Tracking is provided for all orders.
Do you ship to regions outside the EU?
We mainly support shipping to the EU, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The specific delivery range depends on the location of the product’s warehouse. In most cases, each warehouse only supports shipping within its own country or region.
If your destination country does not have a corresponding warehouse, or if you wish to ship to another region, we recommend contacting our customer service in advance.
For bulk purchases or special destination requests, we will assess the logistics feasibility based on the actual situation and offer a customized shipping solution for you.
I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately through our online customer service or by email at service@haloknights.com. We’ll check your order status—if it hasn’t shipped, we can update the address for you.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes. In this case, please contact the carrier directly to request an address update. If the carrier is unable to change the address, the customer will be responsible for any resulting loss.

How can I purchase an extended warranty for my e-scooter or e-bike?
If you ordered your e-scooter & e-bike from the official HALO KNIGHT website, you can purchase an extended warranty either at the time of placing your order or within 14 days of your original purchase.
Please note that different warranty plans come with different prices.

What is your return policy?
If an item/order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. You can notify us by email the order number, tracking number and serial number of your order, and send us the photos or videos of where the product was damaged. We will promptly verify your request and furnish you with both a return address and confirmation of acceptance for the return. You bear return shipping costs and risk of return.

Can I ride the electric scooters or electric bikes on a rainy day?
We do not recommend riding in rainy or snowy conditions. All e-scooters and e-bikes are not fully waterproof, and water may damage key electronic components such as the controller and battery. Water ingress can cause short circuits and is not covered under warranty. Please take proper care of your scooter or bike.
How do I get assembly assistance?
Every product includes assembly instructions with the packaging. For additional assistance, please email service@haloknights.com check our YouTube channel for installation videos specific to your model.
Can I purchase an extra battery?
Yes, you can buy an extra battery from our official website or contact customer support.
Where can I buy spare parts for all e-scooters or e-bikes?
HALO KNIGHT provides most genuine spare parts for all our models. You can find and purchase the parts you need directly on our official website.

Orders
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
Can I use a discount code on a previous order?
Discount codes are not valid for prior purchases. They cannot be added retrospectively by you or by the HALO KNIGHT team. Discount code must be entered at the time of checkout in order to be applied.
I just placed an order today and need to make a change on my order, can I?
If you have not received an email from us stating that it shipped out, we can still make changes. But once it leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, there is nothing we can do at that point.
If the order is cancelled / returned after the order is picked up by the freight company, a charge for shipping will be incurred by the customer for the freight company to pick the order up and return it.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request to cancel your order after placing it. However, please note that an 8% fee applies to all cancellations and returns due to buyer’s remorse (such as change of mind or no longer needed). This fee covers basic operational and bank processing costs, and is charged by third-party providers, not by us directly. The 8% fee applies whether or not your order has shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you will also be responsible for any additional costs, such as transit interception and round-trip shipping fees.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
Can you provide an invoice for my order?
Yes, we can. Please send your order number or tracking number to our customer service email at service@haloknights.com. If you have any specific invoicing requirements, kindly include them in your message. We’ll be happy to issue the invoice accordingly.
