SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY NOTICE
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Orders will be shipped exactly as submitted at checkout, without modification.
If you discover an error after placing your order, you must contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping details with the carrier; however, once a parcel has entered processing, changes are rarely successful.
Important:
Any loss, delay, misdelivery, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address will be entirely the customer’s responsibility. HALO KNIGHT shall not be liable for unsuccessful delivery under these circumstances.
Accessories: Parcels are often non-returnable and may be destroyed by the carrier.
E-scooters & E-bikes: Parcels may be returned to us (return fee approx. €200), lost in transit, or incur other costs — all of which will be borne by the customer.
By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, and you agree to this policy. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
DELIVERY
The cost of delivery is as stated on your order.
Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday(GMT+8) may in some instances be dispatched the following working day. We make every effort to get the orders dispatched in a timely manner but on occasion this is not achievable. Saturday through Sunday orders will be dispatched first thing the next available collection (working) day.
Electric scooters and electric bicycles are shipped from the warehouse nearest your order address and usually delivered within 3-7 working days.
Accessories are generally shipped from China and usually delivered within 7-20 working days.
We can usually arrange goods deliveries between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
If you are unavailable to take delivery of your order then you can request that our courier leaves it in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, we regret that we can accept no responsibility for subsequent damage or theft that may occur, once the order has been left at the delivery address.
If at a first attempt the courier fails to deliver the order. The courier will try to deliver the order once more free of charge, after this they will charge out at their standard rate, this will be advised by the courier at the time of arranging any subsequent deliveries. Usually after two failed delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to the sender, and you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for the delivery of the goods.
