Q: What’s the difference between the T104 and T102? Which one do you recommend?
A: The T104 and T102 share the same battery capacity but differ in power and riding experience. The T104 is equipped with dual 2400W motors for higher speed and stronger performance, while the T102 uses a single 1200W motor with lower speed but longer range. If you want a more powerful, dual-motor scooter at great value, the T104 is the recommended choice. If you prefer longer range and a more stylish, urban-friendly design with less speed, the T102 is a suitable option.
Can I ride the T104 on a rainy day?
The T104 is rated IP54, meaning it is splash-resistant but not fully waterproof. We do not recommend riding in rain or snow, as water may damage electronic components and such damage is not covered under warranty. Please use with care.
What kind of assembly is required?
The scooter is 95% pre-assembled. You will need to install the handlebars and a few screws. Follow the manual or watch our step-by-step video guide.
What is the default speed of the T104 out of the box?
The T104 is shipped with full speed enabled by default.
Does the T104 have a 25 km/h speed limit for EU regulation compliance?
A: Yes. The T104 supports a 25 km/h speed limit mode. While the scooter comes with full speed enabled, you can toggle between limited (F2) and unlimited (F1) modes by holding the brake and pressing the menu button (three-bar key) three times while the scooter is powered on. For detailed guidance, please contact customer service for the limiter setup video.
Can I control the T104 remotely via an App?
Yes, the T104 can be fully controlled through its official app, which you can download directly from your phone’s app store. Once connected via Bluetooth, the app allows you to pair the scooter, lock and unlock it, monitor live riding metrics, switch riding modes, activate cruise control, control lights, and customize scooter settings. For any questions or assistance with the app, our support team is available at service@haloknights.com.
Can you provide the P-settings for the T104 meter?
We do not disclose full P-settings to avoid improper changes that may cause irreversible damage and void the warranty.
If you need to verify your settings, please send a video of your current P-values to service@haloknights.com. We will verify and guide you to correct them if needed.
Unauthorized modification may lead to meter failure and require replacement at your cost.
What is the maximum charging current for the T104?
The T104 supports a maximum charging current of 5A.
For safety and optimal performance, please use only the original 52V 3A charger included with the product.
Using third-party chargers may lead to compatibility issues, short circuits, or fire hazards, and will void the warranty.
Is the battery removable?
Yes, the battery is removable, but should only be removed when necessary for replacement.
Do not open the battery compartment or modify the wiring, as this may cause damage or void the warranty.
Does the battery have overcharge protection?

The scooter does not come with a seat. You can purchase a compatible seat directly from our website, or contact customer support to confirm compatibility before purchasing.
Does the scooter include a remote alarm?
No, the scooter does not come with a remote alarm.
Can I install tubeless tires on the T104?
No, the tires must match the motor specifications. Replacing the tires or motor is not recommended, as the motor must be compatible with the scooter’s fork structure, controller, and meter.
