All Halo Knight ebikes, are covered with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months, starting the day the order is made by the customer.
The limited warranty is only applicable to specific components which includes the following:

If ebikes are damaged during transportation or have a problem once arrive, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be paied by seller. Please check whether the ebike is in good condition within 1 week after receiving the goods. After receiving the goods for more than 1 week, it is assumed that the goods are in good condition when received. If the spare parts broken within warranty times, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be paied by customers. Every accessory has only one after-sales service, if it is broken second time, needs to be purchased and replaced by customers themselves, and lifetime technical service is available. There will be strict quality inspections to make sure every bike are perfect before sending out.
Customers are required to return any parts covered under warranty to our maintenance center in Europe if requested. Additionally, if necessary, customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. After we receive and confirm the parts , will send out new parts. Customers who refuse to send back original parts are void of warranty.
To report any defects, please include an image or video along with the serial number to validate the issue. Kindly submit a 'Product Issue Request' by reaching out to our support team through Live Chat or email at (service@haloknights.com) .Our engineering team will review the request and attempt to get back to you within two business days.

Paint finish and decal damage resulting from participating in competitions, jumping, downhill riding, and/or training for such activities or events, or as a result of exposing the electric bike to, or riding the bike in, severe conditions or climates.
Batteries are not covered under warranty for damage caused by electrical surges, use of an incorrect charger, improper maintenance, misuse, normal wear and tear, or water ingress damage.
Costs incurred due to repairs, like alternative transportation costs, loss of time, or damage to personal property.
Labour charges for part replacement or changeover.
Order and Bike Verification: Provide the order number, order tracking number, a picture of the frame serial number (to confirm the production batch and record matching with the after-sales order), and a picture of the ebike (to check for any self-modifications by the customer).
Problem Documentation: Send us clear pictures or videos illustrating the problem for our verification, and descrip your problem clearly.
Troubleshooting Guidance: After our review, we will guide you through troubleshooting the issue via video, pictures, or text.
Accessory Reissue: Post-troubleshooting, we will reissue accessories as per our after-sales standards. Note that we are only responsible for sending the accessories. If customers are unsure about replacing them, they should inquire first. Any further damage caused by incorrect replacement or operating errors is the customer's responsibility.
Local Repair Verification: If the problem cannot be resolved online, the customer should get a local maintenance cost estimate and inform us. After mutually agreeing on the cost, the customer can proceed with local repairs. The customer must bear the freight and related costs. They must provide a video of the detected problem, the maintenance invoice, and the payment transfer record. We will cover the maintenance cost if all documentation is satisfactory. Absence of these documents will result in no compensation, and repairs done without our permission will not be guaranteed.
Sending to Our Repair Center: If the problem cannot be resolved online and there is no local repair option, the bike can be sent to our after-sales center in EU. If the issue falls within the warranty scope after our inspection, we will cover the maintenance cost, but the customer will bear the freight. If the bike has been modified, has reconnected internal wires, re-welded controller interiors, or shows signs of flooding, the customer will bear both the maintenance cost and freight. If the customer chooses not to proceed with repairs at our center, they must pay the freight for the return of the bike.

4. Initial Charging: Please fully charge the e-bike upon receipt for the initial charge. Avoid riding with low battery levels to prevent damage to the battery.
5. Safe Charging: Charge the e-bike correctly. Turn off the e-bike, plug the charger to the e-bike first, and then to the power socket. Use only the original charger provided. Once charging is complete, disconnect the power socket first, and then disconnect the e-bike. Avoid contact with metal at the charging ports to prevent short circuits (not covered under warranty).
6. Riding Preparation: Before riding, inspect and securely tighten all screws, ensuring the safety lock is engaged. Initially, use the low gear to acclimate to riding the e-bike, and only shift to higher gears once you're familiar with all functions. Avoid high speeds when not accustomed to the bike's functions to prevent loss of control and potential injury.
7. Maintain Meter P Value Unaltered: Avoid unauthorized modifications to the meter's P value, as it may result in speed discrepancies or malfunctions. Certain parameters, once altered, cannot be restored, and such situations are not covered by the warranty. We strongly advise against making arbitrary changes to ensure optimal performance and warranty coverage.
8. Battery Maintenance: To maintain your battery, make sure to charge it before it fully depletes to prevent damage from low-power riding. If the e-bike is inactive for an extended period, charge it once every 1-2 months and store the battery within the 30%-80% charge range.
