Delivery Costs

Dispatch Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+8), Monday to Friday: In most cases, dispatched the next working day.

  • Weekend orders (Saturday–Sunday): Dispatched on the next available working day.

  • We always aim for timely dispatch, but in rare cases, delays may occur.

Delivery Times

  • Electric scooters & e-bikes: Shipped from the warehouse closest to your address. Usual delivery time: 3–7 working days.

  • Accessories: Shipped from China. Usual delivery time: 7–20 working days.

Delivery Hours

  • Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable, you may request the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please note: We cannot take responsibility for loss or damage once the order has been left at the delivery address.

  • If the courier fails to deliver:

    • First attempt: Free of charge.

    • Second attempt: Also free of charge.

    • Further attempts: Courier may charge a standard redelivery fee, advised at the time of rescheduling.

  • After two failed delivery attempts, goods may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
