1.Q: What cells do you sale with the 52V Lithium Battery?
A: The 52V 23.4Ah battery is with 18650 domestic cells, 52V 28.8Ah/ 38.4Ah is with 21700 cells similar to the cells of TESLA.

2.Q:What is the size and weight of the 52V batteries?
A:The size is about 355 *132*70mm, and net weight is about 6.5kg. (52V 23.4Ah Battery )
The size is about 317 *136*75mm, and net weight is about 6.45kg. (52V 28.8Ah Battery )
The size is about 370 *155*78mm, and net weight is about 8.55kg. (52V 28.8Ah Battery )

3.Q: Can I customize the battery?
A: Yes, please offer us the exact battery size you need, we will recommend you the cells and capacity options to you to choose.

4.Q: What is the production time?
A: The production time is about 7 working day for the normal size, is about 20 days for customization.

5.Q: Does the customer need to pay additional taxes or duties for batteries?
A: Customers no need to pay additional taxes or duties, because the taxes has been paid in our side.

6.Q: How long will the battery arrive?
A: The batteries will be sent by air, normally will take about 20 days to arrive.(The delivery time is for reference only, the exact time depends on the real-time situation.)

7.Q: Is there any warranty with your batteries?
A: Yes, the warranty is 7 days. If the battery are damaged during transportation or have a problem with 7 days(count the time from the day of receipt), free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be in seller’s side. Please check whether the battery is in good condition within one week after receiving the goods. Physical damage /man-made damage and water entered are not covered by the warranty. (The battery and shipping cost by air are very expensive, our meager profit cannot provide too long warranty period, please understand. The life of the battery is related to the usage habits, please maintain your battery according to the seller's recommendation.)

8.Seller declaration: All batteries are new ones, and are produced by big manufacturers, and the production time will not exceed 3 months, the quality is guaranteed. The packaging is double-layered with foam and box protection, which is very safe during transportation.

Battery Maintenance

Due to different battery production batches, there may be differences in the color, pattern(such as wiring, interface and label) of the outer packaging . Please refer to the actual product. The performance and method of use will generally not change. Please rest assured.

1.Use original battery packs, use other brands battery may cause failure or bring safety issues.

2.Use original power adapter to avoid potential damage or fire, Charging current ≤4A.

3.Full Charge the battery for the first time once receive( until the lights of chargers turn green).

4.Do not heat the battery or near the fire source.

5.Do not touch the charging ports and keep it away from metal objects to prevent short circuit.

6.Do not dismantle or puncture the casing which may result in battery damage or even injuries.

7.Do not put the battery in a damp place or in water, and water ingress is out of warranty.

8.Keep the battery away from high-temperature heat sources and avoid charging in direct sunlight.

9.Charge it once a month if you do not use it for a long time.

10.Always charge before exhausting the battery to prolong the battery's lifespan, the 48V models are charged before the voltmeter drops to 42V, the 52v models are charged before the voltmeter drops to 45V, and the 60v models are charged before the voltmeter drops to 52V.

11.Turn on scooter first to consume the remaining power in the electric scooter to prevent the motor from burning the connector after unplugging the old battery.

12.Battery charging temperature is 0℃-40℃, discharging temperature is -20℃-40℃.

13.The battery can store electricity normally and discharge to the maximum at 25℃. When the temperature drops to 10℃, the battery's stored power will be reduced by 20%. Below0℃, the stored power will be reduced by 30% or more, which is normal.

14.Mishandling of used batteries may do tremendous harm to the environment. To protect natural environment, please follow local regulations to properly dispose used batteries.

15.The battery needs to be used with the scooter of the same voltage, and the different voltage can cause malfunction which is not covered by warranty .
