xWarranty Period and Service Content
1. Electrical Components:
- The battery, motor, and controller have a warranty period of 12 months.
- Within 12 months from the date of receipt, if there is no human damage, the corresponding warranty service
will be provided.
2. Basic Parts:
- The meter/shifters/handlebars/accelerator/charger/brake have a warranty period of 6 months.
- Within 6 months from the date of receipt, if there is no human damage, the corresponding warranty service
will be provided.
- The front fork/shock absorber/front axle/rear axle/flywheel/chainring/transmission/chain have a warranty
period of 6 months.
- Within 6 months from the date of receipt, if there is no human damage, the corresponding warranty service
will be provided.
- The headlight/taillight/crank/pedals have a warranty period of 6 months.
- Within 6 months from the date of receipt, if there is no human damage, the corresponding warranty service
will be provided.
Terms Related to Quality Issues
1. Spare Parts Distribution and Costs:
- Within 7 days of receipt, for spare parts required due to quality issues for
electric bikes, we will provide the parts free of charge and bear the freight costs.
- Between 7 days and 12 months from the date of receipt (for electric bikes, the basic parts have a warranty
period of 6 months), for spare parts required due to quality issues, we will provide the parts free of charge,
but the freight costs will be borne by the customer.
- After the 12-month warranty period, any costs for spare parts replacement, including the parts and freight,
will be the responsibility of the distributor for both products.
- Consumable parts (such as tire kits, brake kits) that wear out during normal use, rather than being damaged
upon receipt, must be purchased and replaced by the customer for electric bikes.
2. Handling of Non-quality Issues:
- If the electric bike malfunctions due to non-quality issues, even within the
warranty period, we will only provide after-sales service but will not bear any related costs.
- Non-quality issues include but are not limited to:
- Damage to the battery, controller, meter, or wiring caused by prolonged exposure to rain or immersion in
water.
- Normal wear and tear of parts (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, screws, and the
bike frame).
- Malfunctions caused by the user's unauthorized modification, addition, or alteration of the product's
appearance or functionality without our confirmation.
- Malfunctions caused by the user's failure to follow the usage, maintenance, and care instructions in the
user manual.
- Malfunctions caused by improper storage or use in an unsuitable environment.
- Inconsistencies or alterations in the invoice, model, or serial number.
- Situations that do not comply with the warranty terms required by local laws and regulations.
Other Terms
1. Spare parts purchased by the customer have no warranty:
- If the parts are damaged upon arrival for electric bikes, they can be returned and
replaced.
- However, if the parts are not damaged upon arrival, we will not bear any costs (for example, if the purchased
model is incorrect or unsuitable and the customer requests a return or replacement, all related costs will be
borne by the customer).

Delivery Confirmation: Considered received once our official website shows successful delivery.
First Charge: Charge immediately upon receipt. Avoid low battery rides.
Charging Protocol: Connect the charger to the scooter/bike first, then to the power. Use only the original charger. Avoid contact with metal at the charging ports to prevent short circuits (not covered under warranty)..
Pre-Ride Check: Inspect and securely tighten all screws and engage the safety lock.
Riding Mode(Scooters): Use dual drive often, especially uphill or at high speeds, to protect controllers. Factory Settings: Don't change the P values to avoid issues not covered by warranty.
Battery Care: Charge before it runs out and twice a month if not used regularly.
