Returns Policy

Return:

1. Damaged or Defective Items on Delivery

If an item or order arrives damaged or defective (i.e., not functional), you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted for return or replacement.

Note: For metal products such as electric scooters or electric bikes, minor surface scratches may occur during manufacturing or transportation. These are cosmetic only, do not affect functionality, and are therefore not considered defects.

  • You may return the entire order or only the affected items.

  • To request a return, please contact us by email with:

    • Your order number

    • Tracking number

    • Serial number

    • Photos or videos showing the damage

Once verified, we will provide you with a return address and confirmation of acceptance.

Important Notes:

  • Only unused products purchased directly from our official store (www.haloknights.com) are eligible.

  • Items must have all original labels and logos intact, with no tampering or alteration.

  • Returns of used products, or orders purchased via third-party platforms or dealers, will not be accepted.

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs and the risk of return shipment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive and verify the returned goods.

  • Unauthorized returns or COD (cash on delivery) returns without seller consent will be rejected.

2. Returns for Electric Scooters & E-Bikes (Non-Quality Reasons)

If you wish to return a product for reasons not related to product quality, the item must be in its original, unused, undamaged, and unopened condition.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • The estimated round-trip shipping fee is approximately €200; T107Max is approximately €600.

  • During peak seasons, carriers may apply additional surcharges.

  • Please contact us at service@haloknights.com before returning for exact cost details.

  • In addition to shipping fees, an 8% order value fee will be deducted:

    • 6% Hard Costs: Non-recoverable fees charged by third-party payment providers (PayPal, Visa, Klarna, etc.).

    • 2% Operational Costs: Handling and processing expenses.

3. Returns for Accessories (Non-Quality Reasons)

If you wish to return a product for reasons not related to product quality, the item must be in its original, unused, undamaged, and unopened condition.

  • Customers are responsible for both the shipping costs we incurred to deliver the accessories to you (varies depending on the specific accessory) and the return shipping costs. Please contact us at service@haloknights.com for exact cost details.

  • Customers are also responsible for arranging their own logistics and assume all customs clearance risks.

  • Shipping fees will vary depending on the carrier chosen by the customer. Please contact us in advance at service@haloknights.com for guidance before returning accessories.

  • In addition to shipping costs, an 8% order value fee will be deducted:

    • 6% Hard Costs: Non-recoverable fees charged by third-party payment providers (PayPal, Visa, Klarna, etc.)

    • 2% Operational Costs: Handling and processing expenses


Cancellations: 

If you request order cancellation before the goods are shipped, and we confirm and successfully cancel the order, a refund will be issued within 1-2 working days.
Should you cancel the order or reject the goods post-shipping but prior to signing for them, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. After receiving the returned goods, we will deduct these costs from the payment you paid to provide a refund within 7 days.
Cancellation of product orders after receipt is not accepted.

Pre - Shipment Cancellations

Should you decide to cancel an order before it has been shipped, an 8% fee of the total order value will be subtracted from your refund. This 8% is made up of two components:
  • 6% Hard Costs: These are non - refundable charges that we are contractually required to pay to third - party payment gateways such as PayPal, Visa, Klarna, and other similar platforms, regardless of the order's status.
  • 2% Operational Costs: These cover the expenses associated with processing and handling your order. However, if you strongly request cancellation, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to only deduct the 6% hard costs.

Cancellations After Shipment but Before Delivery

If your order has already been shipped but has not yet reached its destination, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For accessory orders cancelled after shipment but before delivery, customers are responsible for all related costs, including round-trip shipping fees and any potential customs clearance fees. (Note: Clearance fees may exceed the product value.) For electric scooters and electric bikes, the estimated total shipping fee (including both delivery and return) is approximately €200.

Please note that for some remote addresses, an additional remote - area surcharge will be applicable. During peak seasons, shipping carriers may apply an additional surcharge. For the exact amounts of these additional charges, please contact us at service@haloknights.com prior to initiating the return. In addition to the shipping costs, an 8% fee of the total order value will be levied, which includes:
  • 6% Hard Costs: Non - recoverable payments to third - party payment channels (PayPal, Visa, Klarna, etc.).
  • 2% Operational Costs: Fees related to the processing and handling of your order. If you insist on canceling, we may, at our discretion, only deduct the 6% hard costs.
